Job SummaryThe primary function of the Salesforce Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using general programming languages and technologies (e.g., C#, C++, HTML) to support business requirements. This role focuses on delivering scalable and secure enterprise solutions while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.Key Responsibilities
Analyze highly complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions
Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas
Thrive in an evolving environment and adapt quickly to change
Adjust work priorities effectively in a positive and proactive manner
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
8+ years of development experience
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and successfully deploying large-scale projects end-to-end
Experience working within iterative and agile SDLC environments
Nice-to-Have Experience
Advanced expertise in Salesforce platform development
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments
Required Skills
