Role Overview:

The Service Availability Representative provides first-level IT technical support to internal colleagues. This role focuses on troubleshooting technology issues, documenting incidents, and ensuring timely escalation to appropriate support teams.

You will be responsible for supporting business applications, monitoring system availability, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced technical support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound technical support calls and emails

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues

• Document incidents accurately in ticketing systems

• Escalate technical problems to appropriate support teams

• Monitor system outages and identify trends

• Maintain detailed service documentation and reports

• Provide professional customer service to internal users

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure issue resolution

Must Have Qualifications:

Fluency in French and English (read, write, speak) – mandatory

Technical support experience or related IT education

Strong troubleshooting and computing skills

Knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of PC hardware and components

Typing speed 35+ WPM

Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with IT ticketing systems

IT certifications or technical degree
