Target Profile: Creative Project Manager (Beauty / Haircare / Skincare Preferred)

Ideal Industry Background:

Experience within Haircare, Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care brands
Background in beauty-focused agencies or in-house brand marketing teams is a strong fit

Required Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Traffic, or Operations roles within a creative or marketing team
Proven experience managing cross-functional creative projects from concept to delivery
Highly proficient in Asana (required)
Hands-on experience with proofing platforms and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
Strong understanding of creative workflows, timelines, and asset development processes
Ability to support creative teams effectively without micromanaging
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between:
Designers
Marketers
Strategists
Leadership teams
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solutions-driven
Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

Experience managing print or photo production timelines
Exposure to vendor management and external creative partners
Familiarity with basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus)
Experience within fast-paced, brand-driven environments
