Job Title: Solutions Architect

Our Capacity solutions are a large portion of our EMEA business and focuses on where our customers wants scale and capability but they own the outcome of their projects. We are seeking an experienced pre-sales solutions specialist, who is able to draw on a broad range of IT knowledge to develop solutions for our wide base of customers across EMEA. Your ability to bridge business and technology, perform discovery and communicate with varied stakeholders is crucial for our clients' success.

General Description:
The Capacity Solution Architect is responsible for regionally supporting TGS Customers on their Capacity aligned requirements, working with TGS Cross Functional teams, including Account Managers (AMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), Solution Team Members, Delivery and Commercial Teams throughout the Capacity Sales Pursuit Lifecycle.
The role will be responsible for responding to requests from EMEA sales teams and customer, qualifying opportunities with our sales teams and Customers and ensuring the proposed solution is within the expectations for Capacity and supports our strategic goals and delivering value to our customers. As an experienced Presales Solutions Architect you will identify and shape opportunities to drive solutioned projects towards shared accountability and outcome-based, deliverable-driven work.
The role will also be responsible for providing pricing, template language for bid and Statement of Work (SOW) responses and other solution documents. The role also involves partnering with our Managed Service Solutions team on any request which is outside the definition of a Capacity Solution, this includes solutions that are outcome based and deliverable driven.
The Capacity Solution Architect maintains an individual portfolio of many simultaneous opportunities within the sales/solutioning business cycle including pre-sales strategy, solutioning, contracting, and transition to delivery. This role will require occasional travel within Europe.
Key Accountabilities and Priorities:
Support opportunities through the Capacity solution pursuit life cycle from intake to delivery transition, to drive revenue growth for the region
Thoroughly understand TEKsystems' offerings and delivery models
Address issues or concerns escalated from internal stakeholders with professional conduct in a timely fashion
Partner in standardizing and streamlining the internal processes to provide a more consistent, scalable service to our customers.
Drive and support business development activities by providing relevant previous experiences and an understanding of our practice capabilities and methodologies
Operational Responsibilities
Support Customer Capacity Opportunities within defined response times, aligned to the Capacity Sales Pursuit Process.
Provide regular communication with associated cross functional teams regarding Pipeline activity and required approvals.
Partner with Commercial team for contractual and legal requirements
Create valid and standardized customer SOWs for Capacity engagement and follow internal approval processes.
Required Education and/orExperience
3+ years' Experience in Solution Pre Sales or Consulting Services within IT Services Organisations supporting Enterprise customers within Mainland Europe including France and Belgium.
Experience and understanding of an IT Consulting service provider environments, ideally in the areas of; Infrastructure Modernisation; Application Modernisation, Platform Modernisation and Data Modernisation
IT services presales understanding of Infrastructure and Platform Modernisation and Enterprise Operations including:
Data Centre technician and engineering services, and Data Centre critical environments
ServiceNow - ITSM, CMDB + other modules
Virtualisation platforms - VMWare/Broadcom, Red Hat
