Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Lead/Architect based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesforce Lead/Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, defining technical architecture, leading a team of developers, and ensuring best practices in Salesforce development. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose scalable technical solutions, and oversee the end-to-end implementation process.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation
Expertise in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce configurations
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
Salesforce Architect or Developer certifications are highly desirable
Experience in the consulting or technology industry is a plus
