About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Associate (M&A) to support deal sourcing and execution efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys proactive outreach, and wants meaningful exposure to M&A strategy and transaction processes.

You’ll play a key role in building acquisition pipelines, engaging senior decision-makers, and helping move opportunities through the early stages of a transaction.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain target company lists aligned with client investment criteria
Execute structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels
Engage founders, executives, board members, and advisors in discussions around strategic transactions
Qualify opportunities and generate actionable deal flow
Assist in advancing opportunities from initial discussion through preliminary agreement
Conduct high-level financial analysis and build simplified financial models
Coordinate communication between buyers and sellers to maintain momentum
Support preparation of indicative offers and related materials
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements
Evaluate and implement tools to streamline outreach and tracking
Contribute ideas to improve overall origination strategy and scalability

What You Bring

1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or a similar analytical/client-facing environment
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Solid financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
High integrity and comfort operating with autonomy
