Legal PAs – 12 Month Contracts | London | Hybrid | Up to £50k

Legal PA/ Legal EA/ Legal Secretary

An international law firm is looking for experienced Legal PAs to join on 12-month contracts starting from May 2026. These roles sit within busy practice areas supporting lawyers up to Partner level and offer the chance to step straight into a fast-paced, collaborative team.

What the role involves

• Complex diary and inbox management

• High levels of client liaison and coordination

• Billing, expenses and financial administration

• Preparing and amending legal documents

• Coordinating meetings, travel and events

• Working closely with internal teams including finance and marketing

What they’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary within a law firm

• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

• Someone who enjoys being a proactive right-hand support to busy lawyers

The details

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 from home

Salary up to £50,000
