Reporting to Managing Director

Fable England is seeking a commercially driven Head of Channels & Wholesale to lead and scale our B2B, wholesale and multi-channel distribution.

This is a hands-on revenue leadership role focused on structured channel growth, strong retail partnerships and disciplined commercial execution within an ambitious, design-led brand entering its next stage of structured growth.

You will take ownership of channel performance, wholesale strategy and international B2B development, working closely with the existing team to build a clear, accountable and scalable commercial function.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Account Leadership

Own performance across key retail and marketplace channels
Build and deepen relationships with buyers and account managers
Drive trading calendar alignment and promotional initiatives
Expand distribution within structured retail channels
Hold clear channel-level P&L responsibility

Wholesale & Retail Growth

Develop and execute a focused wholesale growth plan
Build and manage relationships with independent and key retail accounts
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, range selection)
Strengthen sell-in and support improved sell-through
Oversee trade show planning, execution and conversion discipline

International B2B Development

Manage and develop selected international B2B relationships
Evaluate new opportunities in a structured and commercially disciplined way
Align product selection and forecasting with partner needs

Commercial Leadership

Deliver measurable revenue and margin growth
Monitor performance by account and channel
Work collaboratively with merchandising, operations and marketing
Build clear reporting, accountability and commercial rhythm

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience growing revenue across wholesale and/or structured retail channels within a consumer brand
Strong retail account management background (fashion, accessories or lifestyle preferred)
Confident commercial negotiator with margin awareness
Comfortable owning P&L and driving performance
Hands-on, pragmatic operator
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

£65,000–£75,000 base salary (depending on experience)
