Position Overview

We are hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within our client football business, working with high school and college football programs across the U.S. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, want to grow with a scaling SaaS company, and develop deep expertise in their customer segment.

Responsibilities

Own assigned territory and revenue targets
Prospect, demo, and close deals (full sales cycle)
Refine messaging, pricing, and sales processes with leadership
Develop and execute account plans
Track sales activity in CRM (Hubspot) and report to management

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of SaaS B2B sales experience preferred
Proven ability to manage and close deals independently
Hunter mentality and persistent in outbound outreach
Competitive, driven, and self-motivated
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sports tech or working with athletic programs
Knowledge of high school/college football programs
Familiarity with football operations or coaching

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $39,000 – $48,000 USD per year
On-target earnings of $80,000–$102,000+ CAD based on attainable quota.
Uncapped commission potential
