What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, your role will be pivotal in driving significant enhancements andinnovations to our platform, thereby empowering our Canadian firm's operations. You will be operating within ahighly collaborative setting, utilizing specialized tools that facilitate seamless virtual interaction across diverselocations and time zones.
Our aim is to empower exisiting practice dedicated to ServiceNow, staffed by a team committed to innovation. Weare seeking individuals who resonate with this vision and are eager to contribute to the development of aServiceNow platform that optimizes our business operations to the fullest extent possible.
In this role, your typical day will be marked by:
Spearheading impactful improvements to the ServiceNow platform, thereby enriching user experience andenhancing operational efficiency.
Collaborating within a virtual environment, using specialized tools to effectively liaise with colleagues acrossmultiple locations and time zones.
Contributing to the establishment of a new ServiceNow practice, working in synergy with a team that values innovation and is passionate about leveraging the platform to its full potential.
Actively participating in the continuous evolution of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it is an enabler for ourbusiness in every possible way.
As a Consultant on the Canadian ServiceNow Team:
You will act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
You will work directly with the product team, and stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings intobusiness requirements and design.
You will assist your project manager or scrum master by providing updates on project processes anddeliverables. Where appropriate, you can be hands on and perform platform configuration as required.
You are well versed with the technology best practices of ServiceNow and will use this knowledge you possessto participate in and support cross technology improvement initiatives.

Required:
A bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
3+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation whileapplying detailed knowledge of
ServiceNow to design an optimal solution.
Experience with ServiceNow Configurations for at least 1-2 large/complex application development projects endto end.
Experience with at least 1 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM(Strategic Portfolio Management),
CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM(IT Asset Management), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Virtual Agent, NowAssisst.
The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success.
Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams.
ServiceNow CSA certification is a must.
Preferred:
Robust knowledge on ITIL or talent functions.
Experience in a multinational organization.
NowAssist or Agentic AI experience is a definite plus
Total Rewards
