Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a tech pod supporting the chat servicing experience for human customer service agents within the US Card business. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business partners to improve the internal tools agents use to assist customers via chat.

You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product roadmap, defining clear requirements, and driving execution from concept through delivery. The role requires strong collaboration skills, comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, and the ability to balance new feature development with enhancements.

Note*: This is NOT about AI chatbots. It is about improving the tools human agents use while chatting with customers.
