Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an IT Support and Network Technician (Help Desk) at Supreme Tech. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, this role involves providing on-site IT support, as well as completing tasks remotely when applicable. The technician will be responsible for addressing technical issues, administering systems and networks, maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Additionally, the role requires communicating with clients to understand and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Infrastructure management, with a solid understanding of secure network setups.
Experience in System Administration and Information Technology, including managing hardware, software, and system updates.
Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interaction and support.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in both on-site and remote settings.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or equivalent are a plus.
Experience in cybersecurity or data recovery is beneficial but not required.
