Job Specifications

Join our dynamic Communications team and help drive employee engagement and support HR initiatives through strategic communication programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and roll out strategic communication plans for key HR initiatives like performance management and benefit campaigns.
Create and implement effective communication strategies to engage and motivate staff, fostering a thriving workplace environment.
Support executive communications by crafting internal messages and developing talking points for leadership forums and town halls.
Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of communication initiatives to ensure high quality and consistent messaging.
Help orchestrate significant company-wide communications events for a consistent and quality employee experience.

Skills

Minimum five years in corporate communications with a focus on HR or employee experience, showcasing exceptional writing skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Mailchimp.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a cross-functional communications environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach.
Familiarity with setting KPIs and analyzing data to showcase results.
