Required Toolbox

IoT/OT security program leadership
Cybersecurity technologies and frameworks

Required Experience

Proven delivery leader with a strong track record managing and executing large‑scale technical programs.
Deep technical expertise in IoT/OT security, with the ability to shape and drive the firm’s Cyber IoT strategy.
Hands‑on experience running discovery, scanning, and vulnerability management capabilities.
Extensive program management experience specifically within IoT/OT environments.
Ability to lead and coordinate multiple technical workstreams, remove blockers, and maintain clear cross‑domain visibility.
Strong understanding of large, complex networks and enterprise systems.
Broad knowledge of VRM (Vulnerability & Risk Management) practices.
Executive‑level communication comfort—while Mark will present to leadership, the Lead must ensure the technical program is sound, progressing, and well‑represented.
Significant cybersecurity background across domains.
