The Role

This is a training-led, entry-level Business Development Executive role designed to build your confidence in client relationships, software solutions and core commercial skills. Day to day, you’ll:

Act as a brand ambassador, confidently promoting the company’s award-winning solution
Prospect through phone, email and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
Research and engage potential clients using consultative questioning
Hit monthly KPIs by booking qualified meetings
Support the sales team in progressing opportunities and onboarding new customers

Training, Support & Progression

Three-month structured onboarding and training programme
Fully funded 4-week Furza Training Academy in Manchester
Ongoing one-to-one coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback

This role is ideal for someone who:
