About the Opportunity:
The organization is a leader in health data exchange, providing a platform powered by the largest and most diverse health data network in the U.S. The Salesforce Administrator will manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless operation, user adoption, and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage user and license accounts, assign roles, profiles, and permission sets, and provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting.
• Implement configuration changes including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation using Flow Builder.
• Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing with tools like Data Loader to maintain data quality.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights and KPI tracking.
• Design, build, and optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor system performance, install and test Salesforce updates in a sandbox environment, and document changes.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to increase platform adoption.
• Support management and integration of third-party applications and external systems with Salesforce.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, layouts, and security controls.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with data management tools like Demand Tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of Apex or SQL.
Compensation:
• Estimated total cash compensation range is $77,000 to $91,000 USD.
