Dalkia Engineering - Regional Director

We are a leading M&E engineering provider delivery complex, high-profile projects across healthcare, nuclear, defence, government, leisure, industrial and infrastructure sectors. As part of our continued south expansion into the South West region, This role will play a key part in strengthening our presence under the guidance of our Regional Managing Director, Colin Brunton.

What you'll lead

Full accountability for regional P&L, performance and strategic direction
Strong health & Safety culture through visible leadership and high standards.
Long-term client relationships and new business development across key sectors.
A robust pipeline of opportunities aligned to commercial and sector targets
Best-practice delivery, ensuring compliance with coimpany processes and industry standards.
Multiple project teams, ensuring engineering quality, commercial success and client satisfaction.
Gate reviews, performance oversight and proactive problem - solving across all projects.
Regional leadership activity, contributing to governance, growth and strategic planning.
Talent development, mentoring and succession planning across the region.

What you'll bring

Senior leadership experience within M&E, construction or engineering
Proven commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable business performance.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
Deep understanding of project delivery, engineering standards and commercial management.
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action.
Strong risk awareness and sound decision making capability.
