Location: UK - London, Croydon, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester (60% onsite)
Pay Rate: Depends on Experience

Full Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the LPM Programme, covering Contentious, Non-Contentious, and Technology Workstreams.
Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring delivery of the Beta Phase (development, testing, readiness, and change).
Develop and deliver the LPM Final Business Case and manage programme budgets, risks, and compliance.
Ensure robust stakeholder engagement, delivering progress briefings to senior leadership.
Coordinate technology interfaces and delivery across systems, including HR and Finance.
Conduct audits and post-implementation reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies.

Experience Requirements:

Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programmes, particularly in government settings.
Experience in managing technology service delivery, project governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with GDS service assessments and government project delivery assurance gates.
Legal Practice Management Systems and case management systems experience (desirable).
