A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Clifton, NJ (Onsite)
As a Software Engineer, You Will
Ensure that products and projects delivered meet customer requirements and specifications.
Engage in rigorous testing and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team coordination and maintain delivery schedules.
Implement best practices in web development to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Regularly communicate with leadership regarding status, issues, milestones, and successes.
Provide transparent and proactive updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Minimum of 8 years of experience in web development.
Proven expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Redux for managing application state.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with leadership and team members.
Strong understanding of fundamental React concepts and principles, including functional components, hooks, and the Context API.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge and understanding of best practices around user interaction.
Some experience with UX design.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Ability to integrate frontend React components with various backend REST APIs
This position needs Active Secret Security Clearance.
Added Bonus Skills
Knowledge of backend development with Java.
Experience with SQL databases.

Pay Range And Benefits
Pay Range*:$70-$75 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
