Deliverables

Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
Plan, create, and schedule compelling social media content across relevant platforms.
Drive consistent, high-quality traffic to the campaign page to increase conversions to donations.
Identify and engage with influencers and online communities aligned with the campaign’s mission.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to optimize results.
Collaborate on additional objectives as the project evolves.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly for crowdfunding or fundraising campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and audience engagement.
Demonstrated ability to drive online traffic and increase conversions.
Excellent written communication and campaign storytelling skills.
Experience with influencer outreach and partnership development.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance tracking tools.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving project needs.
Familiarity with issues related to women’s rights, workplace equality, or public sector advocacy is a plus.
Availability for immediate start and commitment through the campaign’s fundraising period.
