This role is ideal for a seasoned social media professional who can provide expert consultation and ongoing management for multiple business accounts. The position involves working with a realtor, farmer, and business owner who oversees three distinct projects: a real estate business, an Airbnb property (Madawaska Trails), and an outdoor storage business. The primary objective is to elevate each brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and increase bookings through strategic content planning and execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely and possess a strong track record in social media brand promotion, particularly across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Deliverables

Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each business entity.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to drive audience growth and interaction.
Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Provide ongoing consultation and recommendations for content updates and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the business owner to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and promoting business accounts on major social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
Strong understanding of brand development, audience engagement, and content marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently and remotely, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or service-based industries is highly desirable.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies for different business types and audiences.
