I'm working with a Quant Hedge Fund looking for a Security Engineering Lead to join them, as they have just opened a New York office,

This role leads the Security Engineering function in New York, defining strategy and scaling capabilities across identity, endpoint, data, infrastructure, and vulnerability security. You would partner closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Research, Trading, and Risk teams to embed security into the platform and software delivery lifecycle while delivering global security programmes across the firm.

They’re looking for someone with strong leadership experience, a track record of building and scaling security teams, and the ability to translate security strategy into practical engineering controls and measurable outcomes.
