Required Skills

10+ years of hands-on Smalltalk development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience packaging and deploying Smalltalk applications in non‑production environments.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn complex business processes quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational databases.
Experience supporting legacy systems in large financial or customer service organizations.
Ability to multitask across enhancement, maintenance, and deployment activities.
