Job Specifications

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement a transversal quality assurance governance framework

• Act as a subject matter expert in quality assurance across delivery teams

• Contribute to the definition and optimization of QA processes, including industrialization and cloud-related practices

• Support Agile delivery approaches, including DevOps and SAFe methodologies

• Participate in the selection of tools supporting the quality ecosystem and continuous delivery

• Ensure IT products and services comply with quality standards, policies and procedures

• Provide coaching and guidance to delivery teams

• Participate in strategic committees as an advisor on quality assurance and continuous delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Experience working on large-scale IT projects

• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills

• Experience in the insurance sector

• Candidate must reside in Quebec, Canada
