**Job Title:** N1/N2 Support Technician (m/f)
**Role Summary:**
Provide on‑site and remote first‑ and second‑level support for end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network incidents. Install, configure, and update PCs and peripherals, deploy and maintain business applications, contribute to cloud migration and Microsoft ecosystem projects, and assist with local IT asset management.
**Expectations:**
- Proven experience in on‑site workstation support (N1/N2).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Autonomous, rigorous, responsive, and service‑oriented.
- Effective communication with users of varying technical levels.
- Ability to travel monthly to the client site in Beignon.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve IT incidents (hardware, OS, applications, printers, LAN).
- Log, escalate, and follow up on tickets according to ITSM processes (e.g., ServiceNow, EasyVista, GLPI).
- Install, configure, and patch Windows 10/11 PCs and related peripherals.
- Deploy, update, and support Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Perform workstation, network, and printer troubleshooting.
- Manage local asset inventory, hardware replacements, and equipment provisioning.
- Support ongoing projects: Cloud migration/Intune rollout, Microsoft platform enhancements, workstation optimization.
- Conduct monthly on‑site presence at the Beignon location.
**Required Skills:**
- Windows 10/11 operating systems; Active Directory (on‑premise).
- Familiarity with cloud migration tools and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, EasyVista, GLPI).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and standard PC peripherals.
- Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi‑Fi).
- Strong diagnostic, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and user‑support communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum: Bac + 2 (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
