An exciting opportunity has arisen at Listers Mercedes Benz Lincoln. Due to the success of The Central Funding Unit, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join the team as a Customer Relationship Executive for the Mercedes brand.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with one late finish at 6:30pm on a rota basis. 1 in 4 weekends are also required.

OTE up to PS32,000 plus benefits.

This is a varied and interesting role which would suit someone with previous experience in a sales orientated environment.

The Role Will Include But Not Be Limited To

To Prospect all researched and identified customers with a view to making showroom appointments
To co-ordinate the appointment with both the Customer, Reception Staff and the Retail Managers to a high standard
Post visit customer care calls to establish outcomes and next actions
To accurately update a workbook with all contacts, showroom appointments and sales
Ensure your department is self-audited and all relevant documentation is filed correctly
Actively work towards achieving your daily appointments booked and sales targets

The Candidate

Has an outstanding record of sales achievements
Is highly organised
Has excellent written and oral communication skills
Experienced in explaining complex products to both business and retail customers
The ability to use their initiative to provide impeccable customer service

The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to ensure our showroom appointments and sales are in line with monthly plans.
