Sales Operations Analyst - Hybrid

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Q2C-Quote
to Cash, SAP Material Management, and Salesforce Support Analyst. This unified role
supports end-to-end Quote-to-Cash operations, material master data management in SAP,
Salesforce support, and data migration testing. The ideal candidate has a strong
understanding of SAP SD/MM modules, Salesforce functionality, and experience working in
cross-functional enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Operations (Required)
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support the full Q2C lifecycle-
from quote creation through order fulfillment and billing.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in customer master data, pricing conditions, order
management, and invoicing processes in SAP.
* Monitor Q2C workflows and proactively resolve issues that impact order processing or
revenue recognition.
* Support testing and rollout of Q2C-related enhancements and changes in SAP.
Salesforce Administration Support ( Preferred)
* Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access settings.
* Create and maintain custom fields, Lightning Record Pages, Lightning Reports and
Dashboards.
* Maintain data quality by executing de-duplication and data hygiene tasks.
Migration Testing & Support
* Support go-live readiness, post-go-live validation, and stabilization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM or a related functional role.
* Experience using Salesforce.com in Lightning UI, preferably as an Administrator
* Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process and material master data lifecycle.
* Hands-on experience with SAP ERP transactions (MM01, XD01, VA01, VF01, etc.).
* Proficiency with Salesforce.com setup and configuration, especially Sales Cloud.
* Experience with data imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools.
* Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and
organizational skills.
* Comfortable working in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests,
and manage laterally and upwards.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, and other integration mechanisms.
* Exposure to CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, SAP VC) is an advantage.
* Understanding of compliance requirements around master data and revenue
recognition.
