About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team in New York City. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications aligned with enterprise standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the Salesforce platform

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect
Strong proficiency in Apex and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, and integration tools
Prior experience in the financial services industry
Ability to work independently and lead development efforts
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Information

W2 only -- no C2C arrangements or sponsorship available
Candidates must be able to work onsite in NYC three days per week
