Job Specifications
Job Location: Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
Proven experience in production/application support (preferably Java-based systems).
Strong knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Remedy/ServiceNow/JIRA.
Hands-on with Unix/Linux commands, Shell scripting, SQL (DB2, Oracle).
Experience with WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat admin consoles.
Familiarity with Bladelogic, AIC tool, Nastel Navigator, MQ management.
API testing experience using SoapUI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to work shifts and rotational weekend support.
