We are seeking a strategic and operationally-driven AI and Automation Leader to transform how employees work, collaborate, and experience technology across the organization. This role will lead a team focused on the enterprise strategy and execution of AI adoption, collaboration platform operations, and process automation (including RPA and bots) to improve employee experience, productivity, and communication across teams.

In addition to owning intelligent experience design and platform governance, you will support internal communications events, other collaboration platforms (Dropbox, Miro etc.) and lead automation initiatives to streamline manual processes across business units using platforms like UiPath.

What You'll Do

AI-Powered Employee Experience & Productivity

Lead The Design And Delivery Of AI Solutions Including

Virtual assistants, copilots, and generative AI tools
Personalized learning, performance insights, and nudges
Smart scheduling and knowledge surfacing features

Improve employee engagement, reduce friction, and personalize work experiences using data and automation.

AI Governance, Frameworks & Demand Management

Establish responsible AI governance, including policy design, risk evaluation, explainability, and oversight.
Run an intake and evaluation process to prioritize AI, RPA, and productivity initiatives based on feasibility and business impact.
Lead training sessions, office hours, and enablement workshops to help users unlock the full value of collaboration and productivity tools
Act as internal "AI Ninjas"-- teaching best practices, uncovering hidden features, and championing the smart, responsible use of workplace AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zoom AI, Microsoft Copilot)

Process Automation & BOTS Across Key Functions

Lead automation efforts to design and deploy RPA bots and intelligent workflows across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other functions.
Use the UiPath platform to automate manual, repetitive, and error-prone business processes.
Drive end-to-end automation delivery -- from discovery, design, build, and deployment to monitoring and continuous optimization.
Partner with process owners to identify opportunities for cost savings, accuracy, and cycle time improvements.

Intelligent Agent & AI Orchestration

Provide input on the design and integration of AI agents, chatbots etc. working closely with the AI platform team
Ensure secure, scalable, and context-aware AI service delivery within the enterprise stack working closely with the AI platform team

Collaboration Platform Operations

Manage and optimize enterprise collaboration tools including: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, Miro, Confluence, Jira etc.
Ensure high availability, governance, integrations, and training to drive seamless team and cross-functional collaboration.
Manage platform vendors, contracts, licensing, and the full lifecycle of collaboration technologies
Drive the rationalization of desktop collaboration and communication software to reduce redundancy, optimize cost, and deliver a streamlined, modern user experience

Internal Communications & Event Support

Partner with Internal Comms and Executive Leadership to support and manage technical aspect of company wide events like All Hands, SLT sessions etc.

Employee Enablement & Change Management

Design and run enablement programs for AI, RPA, and collaboration tools.
Develop and maintain training resources, workshops, and self-service AI knowledge hubs.
Foster a network of champions to scale adoption across the organization.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Define KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of AI, RPA, and platform initiatives on employee productivity, collaboration efficiency and automation ROI
Use insights to iterate and evolve the technology stack and delivery model.

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, HR Tech, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise automation, or collaboration technology leadership.
1-3+ years experience in:
AI/ML or generative AI implementation
RPA solutioning and bot development (esp. UiPath)
Collaboration platform support and integration (Zoom, Teams, Dropbox, etc.)
Solid understanding of HR and HCM workflows, digital workplace strategies, and employee experience metrics is a plus
Strong cross-functional leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement capabil
