Our entertainment and leisure client is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager! This HYBRID freelance role starts immediately, and will continue (40 hours a week) for 6 months with the intention to convert to full-time.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing data-driven communications to engage customers throughout their email, SMS, and in-app journeys. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Lifecycle Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies using CRM and CDP data
Create strategic briefs with segmentation, audience insights, and campaign analysis
Build automated, personalized campaign journeys that drive engagement and store visits
Manage projects efficiently using Monday.com and cross-functional collaboration
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using engagement metrics
Generate reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Continuously test and optimize campaigns, contributing to the testing roadmap
Pull and interpret data from customer platforms to inform strategy
Optimize and create efficiencies in SFMC, as needed
Run A/B tests and build complex nurture programs
Lifecycle Marketing Manager Requirements
4 + years of experience
Experience working with CDPs, CRMs, Promotions, and Loyalty Platforms
Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design
Experience with SMS and in-app push notifications
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
