Job Summary:The CRM Campaign Specialist supports the Client’s Customer Engagement team by managing day-to-day CRM campaign execution across email, SMS, and digital touchpoints. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with experience in lifecycle communications, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization. The specialist will help deliver personalized customer experiences, support regulatory-aligned content workflows, and maintain accurate performance reporting in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the CRM Manager to develop, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels using advanced CRM platforms such as Braze.
Assist with daily CRM operations, campaign execution, quality validation, and performance tracking.
Use customer data to build segmented and personalized campaign audiences that deliver the right message at the right time.
Support reporting needs, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to enhance engagement and lead generation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Regulatory, Legal, and other teams to ensure campaigns align with brand, compliance, and business goals.
Maintain documentation, campaign calendars, and workflow processes with strong organizational discipline.
Provide clear feedback and direction during campaign reviews and operational handoffs.
Adapt CRM strategies to meet unique needs of a regulated healthcare environment (experience preferred but not required).
Required Experience:
Proven experience working with CRM systems and digital marketing campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with CRM or lifecycle platforms (Braze strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of CRM marketing principles and personalized lifecycle communications.
Ability to manage competing deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience working within a regulated industry (healthcare, life sciences, financial services, etc.).
Background in segmentation, dynamic content personalization, and customer journey building.
Experience in cross-functional marketing collaboration.
