Eligibility: USC/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD

Pay Rate: $70-$75/hr. on C2C/1099

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead / Senior Developer to join our client's team in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development with LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex. You will lead technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while mentoring developers and ensuring best practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications and solutions.
Develop, customize, and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, admins, and architects) to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues in a timely manner.

Qualification:

7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and ability to design scalable solutions.
Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, etc.).
Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with CI/CD in Salesforce using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
Exposure to Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
