Job Title: UAT Program Manager - $110-120/hr | Santa Clara, CA
About the Role
We're seeking a UAT Program Manager to join our client's Integrated Operations PMO and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, execution, and governance across large-scale enterprise initiatives. This role ensures business readiness, adoption, and flawless execution of critical transformation programs.

Position Details
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Local candidates preferred)
Duration: 12+ months (extension possible)
Employment Type: W2 (no C2C)
Schedule: Day shift, M-F 40 hours/week
Interview: In-person interviews are conducted
Responsibilities
Lead UAT strategy, planning, and governance
Develop test scenarios, scripts, and readiness plans
Coordinate execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off
Partner with IT & PMO on execution oversight and reporting
Drive business-aligned validation scenarios for post-launch readiness
Qualifications
7+ years program/project management with UAT/testing focus
Experience in ERP/platform transformation programs
Strong stakeholder engagement & governance skills
Proficiency in tools: CPQ, JIRA, Asana, ServiceNow, SPM, Google Suite
PMP/CAPM preferred | Agile/Scrum familiarity a plus
