UAT Lead (PM Tech 3) - Silicon Supply Chain Warehouse Project

Redmond, WA (Hybrid) | Contract | 6-12 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead to support the launch of new silicon supply chain warehouse. This role will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ERP and supply chain systems (primarily SAP) to ensure operational readiness, system validation, and successful onboarding.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UAT cycles for supply chain and warehouse systems (SAP + Excel-based tools).
Develop and manage UAT test plans, test scripts, and dashboards to track progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, suppliers, SMEs).
Ensure test environment/data readiness and defect resolution.
Drive business sign-off and ensure alignment with supply chain requirements.
Oversee onboarding, process mapping, and wrap-up documentation.
Provide status reporting, risk tracking, and best practice recommendations.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in ERP/software implementations.
Hands-on SAP experience (MM, WM, EWM, or related modules preferred).
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, dashboards, and process mapping.
Strong background in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics testing.
Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, issue resolution, and documentation skills.
Agile project management experience is a plus.
