Job Overview:

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting multiple cross-functional HR-related functions. This position involves providing administrative support for personnel records, system data entry, onboarding processes, and recruitment coordination. The role requires a candidate who can effectively manage multiple priorities, demonstrate initiative, and maintain confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and build experience across various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR administrative support, including personnel record maintenance, system data entry, and onboarding functions for new employees.
Process forms, complete required documentation, and handle data entry tasks.
Support Talent Acquisition by coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment and hiring process.
Host onsite events, activities, and engagement celebrations as needed.
Facilitate a smooth recruitment process in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Manage calendar scheduling for video and onsite interviews.
Create offer letters with accuracy and efficiency.
Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screening processes for new hires.
Process new hire COBRA reimbursements and manage HR responsibilities related to onboarding.
Maintain personnel records and safeguard confidential information.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Support HR Generalists with FMLA case coordination and leave-of-absence requests.
Generate and validate standard and ad hoc reports for organizational and compliance needs.
Assist with disseminating HR policies and coordinating events or programs.
Order floral arrangements for employee events and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
1+ years of experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition-related function at a coordinator level or above.
Experience with office administration, data entry, and HR systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Outlook and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency for quick turnaround on requests.
Flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and Dayforce.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS.
Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination.
Experience running reports and conducting analysis.
Knowledge of FMLA case coordination and administration.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00
