Robert Half is partnering with a leading global financial services organization in search of a Product Analyst to join their Control Management team in Brooklyn. This role is part of a dynamic team that develops innovative applications and tools to help stakeholders manage operational risk. The team leverages cutting-edge technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance products and services in an ever-evolving business environment.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (onsite)

Duration: 6-month contract w/ potential to extend

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $40-42/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Design solutions and product features that address real business problems and align with strategic priorities.
Create detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support development and successful delivery.
Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of risk and control program strategies, applying this knowledge to evolve and improve the product.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and roadmap.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity of vision and alignment with business goals.
Partner with program management to provide accurate status reporting and roadmap updates.
Lead and participate in UAT activities, defining scope, executing tests, and collaborating with UAT managers.
Participate in sprint reviews, showcases, and retrospectives to ensure quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst with demonstrated expertise in writing user stories and business requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proven knowledge of Agile methodology in enterprise-scale environments.
Experience with UX storyboards, wireframes, workflow diagrams, prototypes, and UAT processes.
Familiarity with building actionable reports and visually engaging dashboards (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing diverse relationships across organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
