We are partnered with a rapidly expanding global industrial manufacturer entering a period of hyper-growth and strategic transformation. Our client is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to guide them through the next phase of growth—driving value creation through people development, strategic planning, and global commercial excellence initiatives.

This highly visible role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future, leading transformation across global markets, and positioning the division for sustainable growth. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership and the board, influencing key decisions and driving execution across business units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the next phase of growth with a focus on commercial optimization, innovation, and global alignment.
Oversee P&L performance, ensuring financial health, operational excellence, and strategic alignment.
