About the Role

CRM Administration & Optimization

Manage and maintain all aspects of the HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, pipelines, workflows, lists, and properties.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and process enforcement.
Optimize CRM processes to improve usability, adoption, and accuracy across departments.

Automation & Campaign Support

Build, test, and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, lifecycle management, and customer communication.
Partner with marketing and sales to implement lead scoring, routing, and campaign tracking.
Support integration between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google Ads, reporting platforms).

Reporting & Dashboard Management

Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Track key performance metrics such as lead generation, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing and sales performance.

Marketing Operations & Enablement

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign execution and reporting accuracy.
Manage marketing assets, templates, and workflows within HubSpot.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing regulations (CASL, GDPR, etc.).

Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (Pro or Enterprise level preferred).
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting.
Experience with data management, integrations, and marketing analytics.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and comfort interpreting data and metrics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Hub, Reporting, Operations Hub) are a plus.
