Hiring: Product Analyst (Agile BA + Insurance / P&C Domain + GenAI)

Primary Location: Atlanta, GA (3 days in office required)

Alternate Locations: Charlotte, NC | NYC | NJ area (3 days in office required)

Experience Level: Intermediate to Mid-Level

About the Role

We're looking for Product Analysts / Agile Business Analysts with strong experience in Insurance (P&C domain) and Product Management, along with working knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) at an intermediate to mid-level proficiency.

You'll play a key role in supporting Agile product development teams delivering innovative AI-driven solutions in the insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

Support Agile/Scrum teams through sprint planning, backlog management, and PI planning.
Drive feature prioritization and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Advocate for customer needs, shaping product vision and defining user-centric digital solutions.
Apply LEAN and design thinking methodologies to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys.
Conduct A/B testing, concept validation, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
Perform product performance analysis, set OKRs, and establish measurable goals.
Champion the MVP mindset, ensuring solutions are viable, feasible, and deliver value fast.
Balance multiple priorities -- business value, technical feasibility, and speed to market.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst / Product Analyst.

Strong background in the Insurance industry, ideally within P&C domain.

Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Familiarity with GenAI / AI-driven product development (Intermediate to Mid-level).

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for innovation and emerging AI technologies.
