Administrative Coordinator

14 Month Contract

4 Days in office – Downtown Toronto

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join an incredible Learning & Development team. In this role, you’ll support a variety of internal learning programs and initiatives that help our professionals grow and succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating logistics, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and online learning sessions.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of internal training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
Track attendance, manage program materials, and maintain accurate learning records.
Liaise with presenters and participants to ensure smooth communication and program execution.
Assist with preparing reports, learning content, and presentation materials.
Maintain learning databases and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Support special projects and assist with department communications and budget tracking.

What You Bring:

Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or learning support role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or learning management systems.

Compensation: $60,000 – 65, 000 + Benefits and Vacation
