Are you a driven IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments? A global biotechnology company is seeking a Senior Systems Support Analyst to join its Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure & Operations team. In this critical role, you will support the advanced technologies that enable scientific innovation, operational excellence, and employee productivity across international sites.

As a Senior Systems Support Analyst, you will deliver high-level technical support for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools used throughout the organization. You will manage escalated incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and play a key part in maintaining secure, reliable IT operations for a growing global biotech workforce. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to ongoing system optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and cloud applications supporting global business operations.
Deliver Tier 2/3 support for issues escalated from the Service Desk, including executive and VIP users.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, remote access solutions, and enterprise collaboration tools used across global biotech sites.
Support AV systems, video conferencing, and hybrid meeting technology for scientific and corporate teams.
Lead or support IT projects—including upgrades, rollouts, and migrations—critical to worldwide biotechnology operations.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with company security policies, and contribute to process improvements.
Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff and end users.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of IT support experience, preferably within a fast-paced, regulated, or scientific industry.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, O365, Active Directory, VPN, networking, and collaboration platforms.
Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF) and endpoint security tools.
Excellent communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; industry certifications preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some travel and after-hours support required.
