4+ years as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC (user stories, epics, defects).

Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage dependencies/risks.

ServiceNow, Jira.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (Anyone of that): ITSM, CSDM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, IRM, custom apps.
