Business Analyst – ServiceNow

Location: Mahwah, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: 9+ Month Contract

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will support the optimization of ServiceNow solutions by analyzing business processes, platform capabilities, and integrations. This role works closely with the ServiceNow platform team to gather and document requirements, create and groom user stories, and support testing activities. The analyst will translate business needs into clear technical and functional documentation while collaborating with multiple stakeholder teams. Strong Agile experience and ServiceNow process knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document ServiceNow platform processes, capabilities, and integrations
Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories
Perform story grooming and backlog refinement in Agile environments
Document test cases and support QA activities
Collaborate with platform, technical, and business stakeholder teams
