Talent Acquisition Specialist | High-Volume Recruitment (Hybrid - Centenniel, CO)

Opportunity: Driven to Service and Strategy

We are revolutionizing the recruitment function for a major healthcare system in Colorado, and we are seeking an autonomous, service-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our revamped team.

This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and views recruitment as both a strategic partnership and a customer service role. If you have a successful track record in agency recruiting or a similar customer-facing role and are ready to transition your top-tier service skills to a rewarding corporate setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Expectations & Responsibilities

As a key partner to hiring managers across multiple facilities you will:

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines and assure vacancies are filled according to facility targets.
High-Touch Service: Serve as a dedicated account manager, leading intake meetings, developing recruitment plans, setting SLAs, and ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Full-Cycle Expertise: Manage the entire recruitment process, including high-volume sourcing, behavioral interviewing, managing candidate assessments, preparing salary offers, extending incentives, and navigating counter offers.
Business Partnership: Learn and articulate the business line to candidates, maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Mission Alignment: Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure mission alignment, customer service aptitude, and cultural fit within the organization.

Location & Schedule

Assignment Base: You will be based out of our office in Centennial, CO (Denver Tech Center area).
Hybrid Model: This position operates on a hybrid schedule designed for maximum engagement and support:
In-Office: Tuesday & Thursday
Site Visits/Field Time: Wednesday (required travel to local facilities)
Remote: Monday & Friday
Training Note: The first week of training will be conducted off-site in Orlando, FL with all expenses paid.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Required Experience: 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
Highly Valued Experience: Candidates with 8+ years of experience may qualify for maximum pay rates.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Agency Account Management (Highly valued).
Healthcare, Physician Office, Tech, or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience.

Must be local to the Castle Rock area and willing to travel frequently to local facilities. (Denver, Littleton, Parker, and Porter areas)

Core Skills & Certifications

Required Skills:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise in social networking/internet sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Preferred Certifications:
Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR.
HR Certification through HCI or SHRM.
