5+ years in B2C product management, ideally with ownership of high-traffic digital journeys.
Hands-on experience taking products from concept → prototype → delivery.
A commercial mindset, confident using insights to drive performance.
Comfortable blending qualitative research, analytics, and UX thinking.
Collaborative and articulate, able to bring teams together behind a vision.
Adaptable, curious, and energised by solving real user problems at pace.
Bonus points:
Experience in consumer apps, ecommerce, or complex digital products
