AI Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from data collection to solution delivery.
Engage weekly with clients to discuss technical and functional aspects of the project.
Collaborate with business experts and project managers to define daily tasks and priorities.
Supervise the application of ML algorithms on client data and ensure data quality.
Drive automation and industrialization of data processes.
Provide feedback to the product team based on client usage.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Maintain and support analytics solutions in business-as-usual scenarios.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM fields.
10+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics.
Strong passion for AI, ML, and Operations Research.
Deep understanding of AI algorithms and their practical applications.
Proven experience in delivering end-to-end data science solutions using Python.
RGM/TPM background is required.

Technical Skills

Python Programming

Libraries: pandas, numpy
PLUS: matplotlib
Programming Paradigms: object-oriented programming
PLUS: functional programming
Data Management: data wrangling (primary keys, grouping, filtering, joining)
PLUS: remote storage (e.g., blob usage)
Mathematics: solid foundation in machine learning basics
Tools: VSCode (preferred for Azure integration), Jupyter Notebooks, Git (push, pull, fetch, merge)

Cloud & Data

Experience with cloud services for data storage, pipeline automation, and ML deployment.
Proficiency in SQL.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in team supervision and mentoring.
