As a member of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) team, the CRM Coordinator role is responsible for CRM program execution supporting Funko.com or Loungefly.com, as well as sub programs. This role is responsible for the specialization of email marketing but also supports SMS and App efforts under the Mobile Marketing Specialist. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can work successfully with stakeholders across our DTC, Marketing, Licensing and Creative teams while owning their day-to-day execution with autonomy. The CRM Coordinator reports into the Sr. Manager of Retention Marketing and ensures all marketing communications are executed efficiently, accurately and on-brand.
What You’ll Do
Execute CRM campaigns in Klaviyo, including newsletters, campaign emails, exclusive drops and more
Support app notifications, in-app messages and SMS campaigns as needed
Maintain and track the email editorial calendar across brands
Manage campaign tickets and workflows for upcoming campaigns in Jira and/or Asana Project Management Software
Proofread and QA marketing messages for clarity, grammar, spelling and link accuracy
Ensure marketing messages follow industry policies, ADA compliance, CAN-SPAM and industry best practices
Partner with CRM, Creative and Analytics teams to support segmentation, personalization and dynamic content strategies
Assist in executing A/B Testing strategies
Collaboration with global counterparts as well as US stakeholders to ensure consistency across brands
Support Loyalty program, helping to execute CRM campaigns and ad hoc program operations
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience executing campaigns within an ESP (Klaviyo Preferred)
Basic understanding of testing frameworks, email analysis, and performance reporting
Keen eye to preserve integrity of the Funko brand and messaging throughout the entire campaign development process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Comfort in communicating with multiple individuals within the business and collaborating with multiple departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with HTML and CSS a plus
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
Experience Google Analytics, Jira Project Management Software, Asana project management software or Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
Salary Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27.40 – 34.61 hourly.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
