Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SCADA Engineer with deep expertise in AVEVA Enterprise SCADA (formerly Wonderware) to lead the design, implementation, and support of industrial automation systems across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCADA architecture, industrial protocols, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, configure, and maintain AVEVA Enterprise SCADA systems across multiple sites.

• Develop and optimize HMI/SCADA applications using AVEVA System Platform and InTouch.

• Integrate SCADA systems with MES, ERP, and historian platforms (e.g., AVEVA Historian, PI System).

• Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and high availability.

• Lead SCADA migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OT, IT, and engineering.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA SCADA solutions (System Platform, InTouch, Historian).

• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA/DA, Modbus, DNP3).

• Experience with scripting (VBScript, .NET, or Python) for automation and customization.

• Familiarity with ISA standards, especially ISA-95 and ISA/IEC 62443.

• Proficiency in SQL Server and data analytics/reporting tools.

• AVEVA SCADA certification is highly preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience with cloud-based SCADA deployments or AVEVA Connect.

• Knowledge of edge computing and IIoT integration.

• Exposure to AVEVA Insight and AVEVA Operations Control.
