Position title: W0121-24-JP06 - Intermediate Operations Support Specialist

Working Status: On-Site

Location: 15 Wing, Moose Jaw, SK

Security: Secret OR need 5 years in Canada to apply for this clearance

Hours: 7.5 hours a day

Mandatory Requirement

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a CompTIA A+ Certification, or equivalent
The Bidder’s proposed resource must have at least 1 year of relevant experience within the last 5 years in a supervisory role in a large* organization
The Bidder’s proposed resource must have 1 year of relevant Project Management Experience within the last 5 years in a large** organization
The Bidder’s proposed resource must be fluent in the English language both verbally and in writing.

Rated Criteria

The Bidder’s proposed resource should have relevant Education to the Operations Support Specialist Category
The Bidder’s proposed resource should have completed CompTIA certifications within the following two streams:
IT Service Management Stream; or
Infrastructure and Cloud Stream; or
The Bidder’s proposed resource should have relevant experience Managing the delivery of Operations Support services to large* organizations
The Bidder’s proposed resource should have relevant Project Management experience in an IT Service Delivery Environment
